Client expressed upset at her half sister who helps her with her basic needs talikng to her mother regarding her feelings about clients life challenges. Client said she considers it a breach of trust. Asked if she wanted to follow complaint about her sister since she is her ffn advocate at SIC. She said no. Asked if she no longer wanted her sister to advocate for her SDoH basic needs. Client said she wanted her sister to continue to advocate for her. She just doesn’t like her sister’s mother and their relationship has been routinely dysfunctional. She expressed worry for her sister as she is younger and feels that her sister’s mother has a bad influence on her because her sister’s mother uses drugs and her sister takes care of her mother basic needs w/o supporting her mother’s lifestyle. Consultation boundaries coaching.
