We talked about utility bills. I called Seattle City light to find out if the client approved for assistance. The customer service for Seattle City light said the client just approved today for assistance , but her previous bills she have to pay if she needs payment plan she can call the Seattle City light. They also assist me information about LIHEAP

I also called them left them voicemail with the client information. They also assisted me with other organization phone number I also called them and the office was closed . Client also said I cannot pay the bills it’s a lot of money the balance is $1, 019.94.
Also client asking me to help her granddaughter her homework and to show her how to login to online classes
Client also need to register to vote but she couldn’t find it her ID she said I will call you tomorrow..
