RELATED NOTES: Client expressed to mental mental which is too serious as he shared of his understanding the mental issues and the medication he is taking does not help well. He is fighting hard to control his behavior dealing with people at large. He visits the mental health clinic but does not work well for him as he shared. To attain his goal he is take some cultural medicine . He needs to get a job to support self.
