Client request support to apply ZIO Tx patch to the left chest wall according to the instructions provided to client that were mailed to her per physician order to monitor heart rhythm for 14 days. Client had viewed a video to apply ZIO patch yet she was not confident to do it by herself. With support, the ZIO patch was applied successfully. She also downloaded the “My ZIO app” on her phone to log in any symptoms that she may have during the next 14 days. Client felt satisfied with position and placement of device. Client did mention concern with taking steps to keep her grandchild in her home. She is in conversation with Mr. Ephraim about recent concerns. |
