RELATED NOTES: Follow up: client said I really need assistance with the utility bills, she also said I never get assistance from the government I apply many time no one provide me. Client also handed to me her utility bills to see how much money she have to pay, I tried to help I called two different agency no one answered the phone but I left the voicemail. We also talked about education. Her granddaughter she’s taking online classes need help for her home work.
