    Take 5 quality breaths before you put your mask on.
    Take 5 quality breaths when you put your mask on.
    Take 5 quality breaths when you take your mask off.

    A “quality breath” is:
    A four-second nasal inhale
    A six-second exhale through your mouth
    A two-second pause
